Last weekend, we were all in the Dorchester parade riding on the back of the Meyer Buildings truck. Carter enjoyed throwing out candy to the kids, while Carlee enjoyed her Tootsie Roll ® Pop throughout the ride.
We’ve been getting our share of rain lately…..the garden and flowers are lovin’ it though! I decided to weed the garden (a little here and there) this week because it’s the perfect time…they come out so much easier. All I have to say is “Gardens are A LOT of work!”
Tomorrow will be 10 years since Jay and I married. I can’t believe how fast the time has gone and that we still enjoy each other’s company. J
Carter is almost through his 2nd week of summer school. He’s taking a class called “Camp Read Smore” from 8-11 every day. They have been spending their days outside at the Nature Center exploring insects and bugs and reading about living things around them. Summer school isn’t what it used to be! Now it’s cool to go!! He only has one more week left. No need to worry though, T-ball is starting next week, which goes through 'til the end of July so we won't be bored. Tonight we had a parent's meeting and there are 125 kids in T-ball. Crazy!! Especially for such a small town....
Not many pictures this week, but there’s a few to look at.
